No, Doctor will be responsible for whatever prescription he/she will provide.
As such there is no such commission, bcoz Our priority is Consultation, we have placed the option of lab test & medicines only for support. We will work on it in the future, when MEMD will take full charge of the lab tests & medicines.
Providers would be able to cancel confirmed and paid appointments as per their schedule and requirement. In this case, the refund would be assigned as credits to the patient, which patients can utilize for their next appointment. When paying for a service through the Virtual Practice, patients can apply any credits that are available to them, to pay for the service.
Currently, once a Patient has booked an appointment, Providers or Admins would be able to Reschedule, Confirm or Cancel the appointment. However, once confirmed, it is not possible to reschedule the appointment. You can reschedule new appointments from the Appointments section.
Healthcare Providers can book and confirm appointments for patients. You could book Clinic or Video appointments for your patients from the Appointments section.
Healthcare Providers would only be able to view their own appointments.
If your patients have booked or have been scheduled for an appointment for In-Person Consultation in your organization, and are expected to pay when they come to the clinic, you will see a “Bill Consultation” button on the appointment. When the patient is at the clinic for the consultation and is ready to pay, click the “Bill Consultation” button from the appointment to generate the bill for the consultation. On collection of payment, the payment status can be updated by clicking on the ‘Mark as Paid’ button available in the bill
Text consultations can be initiated only by patients and not by the healthcare provider. Once the patient has asked a question, the provider would be able to respond and proceed with the consultation.
Sometimes, technical issues at your end or at your patient’s end may cause your Video Consultation session to get interrupted. But your session can just as easily be resumed.
If your Video Consultation was interrupted due to a poor connection, the session will automatically attempt to reconnect. Once the connection is established, you will be able to resume your session for the rest of the intended duration
If your browser has been accidentally closed during the session, your consultation will automatically be paused and you will be able to resume your session once you have logged in to your Portal Manager and clicking on the “Resume” option. The Video Consultation will continue for the remaining duration.
On publishing a Health Blog or Tip, you would be able to notify customers by clicking ‘Send Notification’. The Health Post or Tip content is always available on the Patient Portal once published. Patients do have the option to opt-out of receiving Blog related notifications, should they want to.
