Step 1: Go to book an appointment/Consult now button on the memd website
Step 2: Sign up to https://telemedicine.memd.in/
Step 3: Sign In as a patient at to https://telemedicine.memd.in/
Step 4: Go to appointment section
Step 5: Click on the Video Appointment tab
Step 6: Fill all the required details & click on “set an Appointment”
Step 7: You will be provided with a payment link once your appointment is confirmed by the Doctor
Step 8: Make the Payment
Step 9: Consult with the Doctor on your scheduled time.

Yes, If patient want to it from MEMD.

You have to handover the case to MEMD team, we will contact the patient & assign them an another doctor as per there issue.

Patient have to issue a credit of the same amount & mail to MEMD regarding the issue at support@memd.in then the patient can reconnect.

Once you upload the prescription given by MEMD doctors, for home delivery of medicines, you will get your medicines within 1-3 days at door step.

If the Provider cancels a paid Appointment, the refund would be assigned as credits to the patient, which the patients can utilize for their next appointment. When paying for a service through the Virtual Practice, patients can apply any credits that are available to them, to pay for the service OR the amount will be refunded to the patient within 24 Hrs.

Patients have the provision to cancel confirmed Appointments, granted they are unpaid appointments. However, patients would not be able to cancel paid Appointments. Patients can directly call to MEMD Customer Loyalty team to cancel it if it is needed very badly.
